WPM series pellet machine is different from FPM series pellet machine – this series is more powerful, can process hard wood and materials, which is difficult to press. WPM, LPM, NPM series are ring die pellet machines. Client can choose by their willing.

How to make pellet

1.  Wood Chipper,  Wood Crusher (Hammer Mill) can cut and crush logs, chips (or other materials) smaller.
2. Dryer (rotary drum dryer / Air-flow dryer) is the important part to adjust raw material’s water content. For pellet making, the moisture should be less than 15 percent, in most of the countries materials need to be dried.
3. Feed dried material into pellet machine through screw feeder.
4. When the pellets are fresh pressed, the temperature is high, before packing, the pellets should be cooled by Pellet Cooler.
While pellets go through the pellet cooler, it’s temperature will be cooled, and good pellets will be left, while broken ones or powder will be collected for reproduction.
5. After all the above processes, the finished pellets can be packed by a Packing Machine.
