The LPM series pellet machine is suitable to make pellets from crushed and dried powder, such as rice husks, sawdust, cotton stalks, cottonseed skins, rank grass, and other crops straw, plant waste. Our equipments are widely used in power plant, wood processing plant and biomass fuels plant.

We can provide a whole line for making pellets

1. Wood Chipper, Wood Crusher (Hammer Mill), wood chipper can make big wood into chips, wood crusher can make chips into sawdust. If the raw material is not big, can only use crushing machine.
2. Dryer. If the water consent is not very high, can use air-flow dryer, if capacity is big or the raw materials are very wet, client should choose a drum rotary dryer. 8-15% is the most suitable moisture content for pellet making.
3. Pellet machine. Pellet machine can press pellets with the diameter from 4 to 12mm. In Europe clients often choose 6mm, in Korea 8mm is most popular, in China 8-10mm pellets have good market. The pellets’ size (diameter and length) is adjustable, client can choose what he want.
4. Cooler. Pellet cooler is necessary not only for cooling, but also for screening. Using this machine qualified pellets can be remained and reduce to a good temperature and moisture.
5. Pellet packing machine. Can package the pellets in small bags (for example 25kg) or ton-bag.
