PELLET MACHINE

Pellet machine – also called pellet mill, pellet press, granulator…Pellet machine can be classified according to structure and usage. By structure: ring die pellet machine, and flat die pellet machine. Ring die pellet machine can also be subdivided into vertical type and horizontal type. By usage: feed pellet machine and biomass pellet machine. For feed and biomass pellet, the technical is cold pressure forming.

Our pellet machine can process different kinds of material. Feed pellets and wood pellets should be pressed by different kind of pellet machine. Horizontal pellet machine is more suitable to produce feed pellets. Feed pellets need less pressure, easier to be formed. Capacity for feed pellet machine is bigger. Vertical pellet machine is more powerful, can press hard fiber, which is suitable for biomass pellet. We also have small flat pellet machine for biomass pellets – SPM350W, the capacity is 300-500kg/h, can meet the needs of small output. Small pellet machines for feeding have small size and low cost, can use personal or in factories.
