There are many different types of dryers, drum rotary dryer, air flow dryer, electric dryer, freeze dryer, spray dryer, electromagnetic dryer… Our factory makes drum rotary dryer and air flow dryer. For industrial production usually choose drum rotary dryer, it has bigger capacity. While air-flow dryer is suit for small amount of evaporation.

Drying process is a very important process among the production. A suitable water moisture makes it possible to press pellets. There are different heating methods for dryer: wood waste (chips, sawdust and pellets), gas…

In tropical dry countries, if the crushed material’s water moisture is less than 15%, can don’t use dryer, otherwise will need a dryer. Both drum rotary dryer and air-flow dryer have many models, for different input moisture, different capacity should to choose the corresponding dryer.
