Popular output sizes of wood crusher

1. 3-5mm. 3-5mm sawdust is the standard size for normal wood pellets. Not only for wood, but also for rice husk, straws, shells and other different materials.
2. 1mm. Some clients want to make advanced pellets. Removing the tree bark and crush the logs into 1mm will make the pellets more beautiful and good for burning. Some special sawdust burner has request to blew sawdust <1mm.
3. 40mech, 80mech. This size of wood powder can be used to produce WPC board. By different standard can use 40mech and 80mesh. This size should crush from sawdust to powder, if the raw material is bigger, need a pre crushing process.
4. Other size. Making 10mm, 12mm pellets can use bigger size sawdust, the capacity can be raised.
