Big bag: 1000 kg per bag, need DCS-1000.

Fully automatic small bag: KL-1250.

Packing machine has two parts: weighing machine and bagging machine. Our packing machine is designed for the quantitative packaging of pellets. The packing scale has high accuracy, fast packing speed and stable operation. The DCS series sealing method is sewing, is suit for bags made by different materials.

Common package sizes are: 15 kg, 25 kg, 50 kg, and 1000 kg. The bag for 1000 kg is recyclable and reusable. In European countries often use 15 kg bags. 15 kg and 25 kg is convenient to sell in the market, can be carry easily. DCS series packing machine need one worker, need to use bags; KL series packing machine is fully automatic, using PE film in rolls. The PE film will be glued together by the heating device into a packaging bag.
