Double Spiral Thread Rolling Machine

  The thread rolling machine is a new type of mechanical pulper designed by our company after repeated demonstration and experiment. The machine is suitable for waste paper, rice/wheat grass, bagasse, reed, wood chips, bamboo strips, cotton stalks, corn stover, shavings, saw blades, sawdust, wood strips, bast fiber plants, dead wood and can process raw materials into velvet Fiber (fibrillation) and high-concentration pulping, reducing fiber cutting, and papermaking with high-concentration pulp mills and fine pulp mills. The paper produced by this method has strong absorbency, opacity and good printability, and is soft and smooth. Since the production process does not require chemicals, the mud equipment has little damage to environmental pollution and meets environmental requirements. This machine can use the hot water immersion method without steam cooking to grind the material into a line or directly produce pulp, and make it into box paper and corrugated paper. During the cooking process, the load can be increased to reduce cooking time and reduce chemicals (about 1/4 of conventional cooking consumption). Alternatively, with a variety of preconditions, along with high-concentration pulp mills and fine pulp mills, the machine can produce different types of all-chemical natural colorants, all-chemical bleached pulp and semi-chemically mechanical pulp.
