Vacuum Drum Dryer VD series is a special product of our company. The Drum is made of sealed 2 layers. Stove heats the air between the 2 layers, while the fan blows wet air in the center of the drum. For the normal drum dryer, wind blows the heat with wet together, but for our dryer, only wet air, the heat remains. So that, for the same capacity, the VD type of vacuum drum dryer is energy saving, and small size.
Description
Our rotary vacuum dryer is a new generation of dryer developed by our company. Specially desinged fully realizes two outstanding concentric axes.
Working principle
1) When heat energy (hot air) is blew into the middle layer, heat is transferred to the dry material through the inner shell.
2) The internal stirring screw rotates slowly and continuously stirs the material to enhance the drying effect.
3) When the material goes through the drum body, the moisture on the surface of the material will saturate and evaporate, and discharge and collect in time. Internal moisture penetrates the surface and evaporates. The material can be dried in a short time.
