Our WPM series is horizontal ring die pellet machine. It is specially designed for processing hard materials (which are difficult to press) and widely used in biomass plant, power plant, fertilizer plant, food plant, wood processing plant, chemical plant, cotton plant… for materials such as sawdust, rice husk, melon shell, shell of sunflower seed, peanut shell, scraps of branches, bark and so on.

How to make pellet

1. Get enough raw materials, like sawdust, chips, logs, or other materials mentioned above.
2. Chip the materials into 3-5 cm long pieces or smaller.
3. Crush the pieces by hammer mill crusher.
4. Dry them and get moisture around 15%.
5. Choose a right pellet machine and press pellets.
6. Using screen or cooler to separate deformed pellets from the good ones.
7. Pack the cooled pellets into bags and store in a dry cool area.

Both horizontal  ring die pellet machine  (WPL) and vertical ring die pellet machine (LPM) are classic. Client can choose by their like.

Different structures of pellet machines

For the horizontal ring die pellet machine, its die is moving and rotating, while the rollers are not powered. Different from flat die pellet mill, material enters into the middle of the die and it is pressed by the die with help of compression rollers. Pellets are pressed around the die in a ring shape.
