– Quotation on drum wood dryer includes: 1. Main machine. 2. Motors. 3. Feed conveyor. 4. Cyclone, pipes. 5. Fan, air-lock. 6. Drawing of hot stove (client can make the hot air stove based on our drawing, this method saves shipping cost).
– Quotation on pellet machine: 1. Main machine. 2. Motors. 3. Screw feeder. 4. Electrical control box.

Quotation on the complete pellet machine line includes: All the machines above and necessary conveyors.

All the machines and lines not include spare parts. The spare parts as follow:
– For wood chipper: bed knives, fly knives, screen.
– For hammer mill (wood crusher): hammers, screen.
– For pellet machine: die, bearing, shell, sell cover, compression blocks.
The quantity of one year spare parts (for reference only)
Ring die – 3 pcs
Roller Shell – 18 pcs
Hammer – 500 pcs
Fixing block – 9 pcs
Cover of roller shell – 12 pcs
These quantity of spare parts is for normally use, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If your working time is short, you will use less quantity. But It’s not a correct number, as every plant owner has different materials. Soft wood and hard wood also have the difference. For new client suggest to take some spare parts together with machines to saving shipping cost.
