WOOD CRUSHER

Wood chipper crusher is a kind of machines, which can makes big wood smaller. It takes a important place for wood processing. It’s usually taken as the first machines in the plants. Wood chipper crusher is divided into wood chipper and wood crusher (hammer mill). Usually the process is like blow:

Logs(big wood) ——– wood chipper ——– wood chips (for example in size 35mm)

Wood chips ——– wood crusher ——– sawdust (for example in size 3-5mm)

There also have equipments, that can crush branch (or other wood with small diameter and long shape) directly into sawdust. This machine combines disc wood chipper’s structure and hammer mill’s structure. When branch goes into the machine body, a disc with knives will cut them into pieces, while a set of hammers is fixed at the other side of the disc, which can beat the pieces into sawdust. This structure is convenient for branches, and usually the capacity is not big.
